Patricia Levesque

Patricia Levesque is the Executive Director for the Foundation for Florida’s Future. She served as Governor Jeb Bush’s deputy chief of staff for education, enterprise solutions for government, minority procurement, and business and professional regulation. Previously, Patricia served six years in the Florida Legislature in the Speakers Office and as staff director over education policy.

Lauren Chianese

Lauren Chianese is the Director of External Affairs for theFoundation for Florida’s Future and leads the Community Engagement team. Prior to joining the Foundation for Florida’s Future, Lauren was the SeniorPolicy Analyst for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa’s Office of Education. Lauren started her career as a 2002 Teach For America corps member teaching middle school, and has since committed to working to ensure education equity for all children. She has had the opportunity to work for Teach For America, Coro Southern California, City Year Los Angeles and the University of Southern California's ReadersPlus program in pursuit of this goal. Lauren was born in Pittsburgh, PA and grew up in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the University of Florida. She currently serves on the Heart of Central Florida United Way, Building Safe Communities through Education Cabinet and teaches dance in Orlando.

Sara Clements

Sara Clements is the Legislative Analyst for the Foundation for Florida’s Future. In her role, she helps develop the Foundation’s policy agenda, as well as advocate on behalf of the Foundation within the legislative process. Prior to joining the Foundation, Sara worked in the Florida public school system as an English/Language Arts and reading teacher, at a Title I middle school and later at a K-12 charter school. She is currently working toward her master’s degree in Education Policy at Florida State University.

Cristal Cole

Cristal Cole is the Foundation’s Director of Community Engagement (South Florida), and joins the Foundation with extensive experience in cross-cultural public relations, marketing and community outreach in both the public and private sector. She previously served as a member of Governor Bush’s press team, where she managed statewide Hispanic and African-American media relations and outreach, and has served as a spokesperson and coordinated special projects and initiatives for the Executive Office of the Governor and Volunteer Florida Foundation. Cristal is also a former press secretary for Florida's Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), where she served as agency spokesperson.

Minda Corso

Minda serves as the Social Media Manager for the Foundation for Florida's Future. She is responsible for bridging the gap in the ever-expanding world of social media, where a growing number of people are gathering their news. Prior to joining the Foundation, Minda served in a similar capacity for a non-profit organization in Dallas, Texas. She spent three years in administration for a large charter school in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. Minda received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006.

Jaryn Emhof

Jaryn Emhof is Director of Communications for the Foundation for Florida's Future. Jaryn joins the Foundation from the Florida Senate, where she served for 10 years, working as a legislative assistant and, most recently, Communications Director for the Senate President.

Alex Kelly

J. Alex Kelly (Alex) is Director of Local Initiatives for the Foundation for Florida's Future. Over the last 13 years, Alex has worked in various capacities in and around Florida government. Alex came to the Foundation for Florida’s Future after serving as chief of staff for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Prior to that, Alex served as staff director for the Florida House of Representatives’ Redistricting Committee, chief analyst for the House’s Select Policy Council on Strategic and Economic Planning, political analyst for House Campaigns at the Republican Party of Florida, legislative affairs director for the Department of Corrections and Department of Elder Affairs, senior analyst in the House Majority Office, and legislative aide for former State Senator Anna Cowin and former State Representative Aaron Bean. In addition, Alex managed campaigns for the Florida House of Representatives, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Florida Senate. A Baltimore, Maryland native, Alex received a bachelor’s degree in political science from York College of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Florida. Alex moved to Tallahassee in 2004, and lives with his beautiful girlfriend, Leda. Alex and Leda are the proud parents of two tabbies, Kallista and Liynaa, and a border terrier, Mr. Latte.

Lynn Imhof

Lynn Imhof is Operations Manager for the Foundation for Florida's Future. Lynn comes to the Foundation with over 35 years of experience in all three branches of Florida government. Lynn worked with Patricia for several years both in the Florida House of Representatives and in Governor Bush’s administration. Most recently, she has been working in the House, where, from 2004 – 2012, she served in the Speaker’s Office.

Kate Wallace

Kate serves as Foundation’s Director of Community Engagement (North Florida). Prior to joining the Foundation, Kate served as Legislative Coordinator for The Fiorentino Group, a Florida government affairs firm based in Jacksonville. Previously, Kate served as government affairs assistant for the Washington office of Triadvocates, an Arizona government relations firm, and as staff assistant for the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., federal government relations office. As a college student, Kate interned for the White House in Vice President Dick Cheney’s Office of Domestic Policy and for former Florida Congressman Adam Putnam’s Capitol Hill office. A central Florida native, Kate graduated from University of Florida in 2007 with a B.S. in Public Relations.
